what are your shipping times?

kuebiko co is run by just me, and orders can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to ship. if your item is a custom order, it takes around 4-5 weeks to create and fulfill! This all really depends on whether I’m going to need to buy new supplies and/or if i already have a large amount of orders in line. I ship through usps and the average transit time once sent within the US is 2-5 days. average shipping time for international orders tends to be 1-4 weeks based on distance and each country’s customs services

how do you price things?

Everything is based on how much things cost to make and how long it took to make. some supplies are hard to come by and expensive to acquire! i will occasionally specially source valuable handmade/artisan supplies and beads from smaller artists. I also continuously put a lot of time, effort, sleepless nights, blood, sweat, elbow grease, and tears into every moment of the process. art takes time, and your time is valuable in business! i am a one man show; things take time when you’re every part of the company!

does kuebiko ship worldwide?

I do, but only to select countries due to high tax, shipping costs, and a demand basis. since I’m located in virginia, united states, everything is sent through the usps postal service (with some exception internationally due to cost/speed). canada, mexico, puerto rico, united kingdom, ireland, france, netherlands, poland, romania, spain, greece, hungary, denmark, italy, germany, japan, south korea, china, hong kong, singapore, australia, and new zealand shipping are all available at the time. more options and destinations will be offered in the future! also, if you don’t see your country here, feel free to email me a request to open shipping for your destination! a little disclaimer: some countries can’t be shipped to / are extremely expensive to from the united states, so there are a small amount of limitations.

are your pieces hypoallergenic?

i use all stainless steel hardware for construction of the piece, which is hypoallergenic, but there is a chance some charms/components could not be. i repurpose and upcycle a lot of vintage jewelry, which means they could be silver plated, nickel, copper, etc! if you have any questions about a piece before you buy it, feel free to email me!

how do i order a custom piece?

It’s easy! simply fill out the form at the link button on the top right hand corner of the site! it’ll take you to google forms to get the needed information. i only take on a certain amount of custom projects per month, so keep an eye on when they open / close! full payment is required up front before production in order to buy the materials and secure the custom spot. a private listing will be posted for purchase in the products section of the site. after that, simply watch the magic happen! progress and final product photos will be sent to you for approval before dispatching!

what if my item breaks/arrives broken?

it’s okay! things happen. I offer a free lifetime repair warranty once purchased! simply contact me through email (listed at the bottom of this page) with a picture of what broke, then after getting my confirmation and return address, send it on back to me. you can reuse the boxes i pack all orders in and bring it to your local post office to get it sent back to kuebiko hq. once i get it in the mail, i’ll fix the problem and send it right back to you free of charge! this policy also includes the situation if any bits or pieces were to tarnish and you’d like your piece to get a makeover! i usually add free goodies too as a thank you for your patience and understanding. all handmade goods can be delicate as they are not mass produced and are made by a single artist!

are returns/refunds accepted?

i unfortunately do not accept returns for my items, especially custom made items. refunds are not accepted either, sorry.
